You approve it, and you stay in the loop
For under-16s a parent or guardian signs off the account at signup, then has full visibility of jobs and messages — and can pause the account at any time.
Six things you approve and see
You approve the account
For under-16s we email you at signup. The account can’t apply for work until you confirm.
Full visibility
See every job your young person applies to and every message they send or receive.
See who they work for
Every customer has a profile with a rating, review count and verified-ID badge — visible before your child applies.
Age-locked jobs
Your 14–15 year-old only ever sees light jobs. Heavier work is invisible to them until they turn 16.
Everything on-platform
All chat stays in TaskLink. Contact details are auto-removed, so there’s always a record.
Pause any time
One tap freezes the account — no new applications, no new messages — until you unpause it.
From signup to first pay-day
Your child starts a worker account and enters your name and email.
You get an email and confirm you’re happy for the account to be created.
They browse age-appropriate jobs and apply — and you can see each one.
Job done → earnings land in their wallet → they withdraw to their bank account.
The practical stuff
You don’t need a separate login. You’re linked to your young person’s account by the email they enter at signup, and you get the approval request there. A production version would add a lightweight guardian portal for viewing activity.
